Shipping policy

Delivery Times:


The estimated delivery time for orders within Mainland Portugal is a minimum of 24 business hours after payment confirmation. This timeframe is indicative and applies to orders paid for before 3:00 PM. Exceptions include immediate stock shortages or potential delays caused by the transport companies (MRW or CTT).

 

 

Shipping Costs:


Shipping costs are added to the order total and can be reviewed during the checkout process.

 

Responsibility for Shipping Details:


It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. If an order is returned to Junicoders due to an incorrect address, the customer must request a new shipment and cover the respective shipping costs.

Procedure Upon Receiving Your Order (Very Important):
We kindly ask that you inspect the condition of the box(es) at the time of delivery by the courier. Always note any visible damage on the courier's delivery receipt (e.g., "Damaged box", "Box with signs of falling", "Box without Junicoders tape").

If you notice any damage caused by transport or missing items after accepting the order and while opening it, you must contact us via email (info@junicoders.pt) immediately (on the same day of delivery). You must provide a detailed description and photographic evidence of the products, the box with the carrier's shipping label, and our packaging material. Junicoders declines any responsibility if this procedure is not followed.

 

Stock Shortages:


For online purchases, if an order becomes incomplete due to a stock shortage, we will contact you to offer an alternative product, wait for restock, or issue a store credit. If none of these options are acceptable, you must provide your IBAN via email so we can process a refund for the affected amount.
