Refund policy

The cancellation, exchange, or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Junicoders. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@junicoders.pt within 14 days of receiving the order.

Product Return Conditions:


1. Returned products must be in their original sealed packaging, with manuals and accessories immaculate, and in the exact same condition in which they were sold. We do not accept returns of used products.
2. Returns will not be accepted for items whose packaging has been opened, torn, or damaged.
3. If the value resulting from the product exchange is lower or higher than the original order value, the adjustment conditions will be provided by Junicoders.

Refund Method:


Whenever possible, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, the User must provide their IBAN so that the refund can be issued via Bank Transfer.

 

Cancellation of In-Person Courses and Events:
- In-Person Courses: Registration cancellations can only be requested up to 14 days prior to the course start date. The amount paid will be refunded, minus any inherent administrative costs. After the course has started, no refunds will be issued for monthly fees already paid, except under exceptional circumstances approved by the management.
- Events and Workshops: Refunds for participant cancellations are only possible if requested at least 7 days before the event. If the event is cancelled by Junicoders, the amount paid will be fully refunded or credited towards another event.
